My name is Fred Williams and I am a graduate of the Matthew Kenney Culinary Academy, which placed an emphasis on the use of whole, organic, unprocessed, plant-based foods to make delicious, vegan, gluten-free, raw food dishes.
Rev Kombucha started as a culinary school project to create a healthy, flavorful probiotic beverage with a purpose. By combining the finest organic teas with responsibly sourced organic herbs and produce, our kombucha is made with active bodies in mind. The flavors are energizing, balancing and refreshing.
